Directions to The Priests House from Bolton Abbey

From the A59, take the B6160 in the direction of Burnsall. Pass the Devonshire Arms and through the village of Bolton Abbey, famous for its priory ruin (note not an Abbey!). There is a height restriction of 10ft 9in through Bolton Abbey and coaches will need to find an alternative route through Embsay and Eastby. Barden is about 3 miles from Bolton Abbey just after the "Strid" car park and before the turn off for Appletreewick.

Note that the restaurant is normally closed Monday to Wednesday except for special functions, so best to ring Thursday to Sunday.
